I have used Climate Control since 2010 and they have always been responsive, polite, on time, and able to fix any issue I have had. Recently I was concerned about my HVAC unit running and running. I called the office and Alan Shifferly came out within two hours! He inspected the unit, found an issue, fixed it, and reassured me that if I had any further issues, I should give them a call. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I use their service agreement so that my unit is inspected twice a year. That gives me peace of mind and also a discount on any additional service calls. It's a win-win for me. Thanks! You are appreciated.

I called Climate Control because of a furnace issue I had. I had another company come out and wire a transformer wrong and blew two transformers. The Service men that came were Steve and Mark. They were very professional. They even wore boot covers to not track in outside debris. They explained the issue I had in full detail. When they were finished with their work, they showed me what they did. In my experience that is a sign that someone is proud of their work! I only gave them 5 stars because there is not a 10 star option!

The young man that came to my home for a seasonal check was very polite – he answered all my questions and offered advice on a part that could present problems in hot weather. He gave the price of the part – he was very kind to an 80-plus-year-old customer.

Too often we are quick to criticize and slow to praise.  Since we have been with Climate Control, we have been completely satisfied with the service and we thank you and your staff. There are times when someone is due extra special recognition. Monday night with the temperature in the teens and with a terrible wind, Ivan Yandell came to put a new defrost panel on our heating unit.
